I got an e-mail about it from the official Caesar's website and the phone number was actually for Caesar's Hotel. I get 2 nights deluxe accomidations as well as 2 passes to the spa and a 50.0- credit to one of the restaurants.
I would go with my instincts on things like this. Usually if it's too good to be true...

Wow, nice to get this feedback on a vacation for free.
I emailed them for the cert. since it doesnt cost anything until you actually do it, at least that's what the site says. And we'll see the fine print, which is usually on the cert.
