I don't think they make this any more, if they do I haven't seen it in years. It was this plastic glue type stuff in a tube. You would attach this little plastic straw looking thing to the tube and blow a bubble. It looked like a bubble gum bubble, but you could play with it as a ball for a while. They still make Frookies - you just have to go to the health food store for them (or at least that's the only place they have them here). My sister is addicted to these & buys them at Mrs. Gooch's in LA too.

And the ball stuff - I've seen it on Nick Jr. recently (see what happens when you have little kids at home?) I'll jot down the number next time the commercial is on (which will probably be Monday since they show the same ones over & over) and I'll post it for you! :)
