| This is a story that happened in my hometown of Cleveland. The fact of the matter is that in this day and age, we are too quick to judge someone we do not know. You have no idea whether this man intended to return this money right away or not. I think he should be given the benefit of the doubt. Anyway, it wasn't like the conditions of the reward stated you had to return this money within a certain time frame. I think this man found the money, returned it, and complied with the conditions of getting the reward. |
