 Nice/Refunded $
Well - I just got my last order too. It had some EXTRA stuff in it...
But it was missing my only pricey item (4.50!). I emailed them right away - Mon am - and got an autoreply in 20 minutes. Then I got a real reply a couple hours later - very very nice - saying there'll be a credit to my credit card - no problem...
I don't know why I got good service and you didn't.
I do know I got some really really awesome deals (spent $300 in the last 6 weeks!!).
Anyway - email them again!
