I too have been deceived by the Free Glow Ad. They charged my credit card $96.35 for a small bottle (1.7 Fl.Oz) of IQ Derma Essentials and a small tube (0.5 oz) of RestorEyes. After I finally got through to a Customer Service Rep. they told me it was because I had not returned the products or cancelled my membership within 30 days. They have refused to credit my account. I have made a complaint to the BBB at
