PineCone Research pays via PayPal. You have to watch for the banners on certain sites to sign up, and you have to wait a couple of months before you are eligible for payment through PayPal (and deal with receiving $3.00 check in the mail!) but it's woth the wait. I've made probably $200 in the period of time I've been a member.
