You give to much credit for tax cuts working(IMO), but if you believe that tax cuts are the main reason for improvement then you might like the stimulas plan which about 33% goes for tax cuts. The main reason for much of the improvement was the housing push which created 40%+ of the new jobs created(housing bubble), but it was exciting to watch.
